Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing before shipment.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.
After your order is submitted, we cannot merge or adjust it. Once completed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Tracking updates will appear within 24–48 hours once the carrier has scanned your package.
Accurate Shipping Details
Please take a moment to ensure your shipping information is correct before checkout. If your label has not yet been created, we can accommodate changes — simply email contact@maisondudesire.net with your order number and updated details.
Standard shipping is $9.00 within the U.S. and is non-refundable due to delays or issues caused by the carrier.
International shipping rates vary and are calculated based on location and carrier (UPS, DHL, or USPS). Additional fees, taxes, or customs charges may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping Security Recommendation
For your protection, we strongly recommend adding Shipping Security at checkout. This optional coverage ensures that if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit, you are able to receive a replacement or refund through the protection provider.

Return Policy – Personal Care Items
Due to the intimate nature of our products, all Maison Du Désir items are classified as personal cosmetic and body care products. For the safety, hygiene, and well-being of our clientele, we cannot accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
Once a product leaves our facility, we are unable to resell or restock it for health and safety reasons. Please review your selections carefully before completing your purchase.
